Came in after midnight, tired from drving all day. Night Clerk was a joke! No towels in King Suite, why? Tried to call front desk, but no answer because the night clerk STILL had her earphones on and couldn't hear the phone! Never spoke to us at check in, never bothered to tell us about the available breakfast next morning. When we found out at check out, having relayed our complaint from last night as well, nothing offered to make up for the lousy stay. Never again!
NEW OWNER Being renovated all new furniture will be brought in! Had the last 2 bed room, which had few issues, so clerk very nice set us up with a deal you couldn't resist. They are doing construction but I for sure will come back
This is a low cost hotel. You get what you pay for. The place is clean. However, it smells of moth balls, the pool is empty, there is very little to no water pressure. The room does have a refrigerator and microwave and the overnight attendant was most helpful.
Got in late. Front desk employee was on her cell phone. The whole check in process, which was lengthy cause the computer was down. Got to my room and the lights didn't work. Water came out of the bottom of the faucet. Ground floor and window didn't lock. Two silverfish crawling around bathroom. Next morning, shower was a trickle and "breakfast" was some sad looking pound cake and breakfast. I stay at cheap hotels often, I keep an open mind. Never felt compelled to write a review. Keep driving.
