I've been with state Farm quiet a while...Was originally with them in a madison branch where for years I had an amazing agent by the name of Amanda M Gerbasi. Never once laid eyes on her until I had to make major changes to my insurance needs so I had to visit her office. She again took care of all our needs and finally I put a face with the voice thats been most helpful for years. After a couple weeks goes by I called back to find out miss Amanda was no longer at the branch in madison so with much effort I located her at the office of Bill Burdette in hartselle. I immediately asked to have all my insurance needs transfered to her at her new location. See its not always just a company meeting your needs which both locations were it was about premium customers service that I got for years and she gets right on all your insurance needs makes everything clear there's no grey areas in her work.
